Shipping & Delivery:
Orders are routinely shipped from Excalibur facilities
within 24 hours using a ground carrier unless you request an express
delivery or different carrier. Orders are shipped F.O.B. shipping
point and freight is itemized on the invoice.
Damaged Goods:
Although Excalibur makes every effort to carefully
pack each order, we must rely on the carrier for safe delivery.
If you receive broken or damaged products, the damage should be
noted on the freight bill or receipt and signed by the carrier’s
agent. Any necessary forms for filing claims should be supplied
by the carrier. Excalibur is not liable for damages sustainted
while product is in transit.
Returns:
If a product is shipped as a result of an error made by Excalibur
it may be returned for replacement or credit. However, if a product
has been overstocked or its use discontinued, it may be returned
only at Excalibur discretion and may be subject to a 20% restocking
fee.
