Field Service Representative
Excalibur
a Global Supplier to the Diagnostic Industry is seeking a Field
Service Representative to work on lab diagnostics analyzers and
related products. We have openings in Atlanta, Georgia; Newark,
New Jersey and Portland, Oregon.
To qualify,
you must have a minimum of an Associate Degree in Electronic Technology
/ Engineering, DYNEX experience, or military electronics experience
and at least two years experience as a field service engineer or
representative in computers, Bio Medical or automated control systems.
Knowledge of electromechanical troubleshooting, computer operation,
inventory control, verbal communication skills, organizational,
problem solving and decision making are required.
After the training
program you will be responsible for ensuring and maintaining customer
satisfaction, installing, training, servicing, maintaining diagnostic
analyzers and related products. You will be required to travel in
a specified territory, communicate directly with customers, other
field representatives, managers and our sales force.
